Choose a printer and enter your email and full delivery address. Guest checkout is available; an account is optional. For a standard order with configured shipping and tax rules, checkout calculates the total and opens PayPal Checkout immediately. Optional spare cartridges or accessories and destinations requiring a quote are saved for manual confirmation before payment. PayPal controls eligible card options. If payment cannot open, the saved order receipt provides a retry.

Shipping and estimated tax follow the current destination and subtotal rules at checkout. Product pages list the configured country rules. Import duties or local taxes may be collected at destination unless checkout states otherwise.

Yes. Send us a photo of the material, the content you want to print, and your expected character size. We can help check the model and ink choice before you place the order.

BOLENTAI printers include a 12-month limited warranty beginning on the documented delivery date. It covers manufacturing defects under normal use; ink cartridges and damage caused by misuse are handled separately.

You can request a return within 15 calendar days after delivery. Contact BOLENTAI before sending anything back so we can review the order, product condition, included accessories, and return reason.
