Choose a printer and enter your email and full delivery address. Guest checkout is available; an account is optional. For a standard order with configured shipping and tax rules, checkout calculates the total and opens PayPal Checkout immediately. Optional spare cartridges or accessories and destinations requiring a quote are saved for manual confirmation before payment. PayPal controls eligible card options. If payment cannot open, the saved order receipt provides a retry.
Printer Warranty
For 12 months after delivery, BOLENTAI covers manufacturing defects in the printer under normal use. After technical review, the available remedy may include troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair, or replacement of the affected product.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover normal wear, incorrect or incompatible ink, improper cleaning, blocked printheads caused by storage or maintenance, liquid damage, impact, unauthorized modification or repair, abnormal power supply, misuse, or operation outside the stated conditions.
Ink and Consumables
Ink cartridges and other consumables are not covered by the 12-month printer warranty. A cartridge reported as defective on arrival is reviewed separately because performance depends on storage, material, surface treatment, and usage conditions.
Shipping for Warranty Service
Do not ship a printer or part before receiving instructions. After the issue is confirmed, BOLENTAI will explain the required part, return address, packaging, and shipping responsibility for that warranty case.
How to Request Support
Send your order number, printer model, problem description, product surface, printed result, and video of the issue. We will help confirm whether the issue can be solved by setup, cleaning, cartridge replacement, or parts service.
