Clear shipping costs before you pay.

Website checkout

Choose a printer and enter your email and full delivery address. Guest checkout is available; an account is optional. For a standard order with configured shipping and tax rules, checkout calculates the total and opens PayPal Checkout immediately. Optional spare cartridges or accessories and destinations requiring a quote are saved for manual confirmation before payment. PayPal controls eligible card options. If payment cannot open, the saved order receipt provides a retry.

How delivery is calculated

Select the destination and enter a complete delivery address at checkout. Current destination and subtotal rules are shown below and calculated at checkout. Standard orders with complete shipping and tax rules can continue directly to payment. A remote-area surcharge, separately requested cartridge, optional accessory, or quote-only destination may require manual review.

Delivery estimates

Transit estimates for each destination are shown below in business days after dispatch. Customs clearance, remote areas, carrier disruption, and local holidays can affect arrival time. Tracking is added to your account after shipment.

Duties and taxes

Unless checkout explicitly says tax is included, import duties, VAT/GST, customs handling fees, and other local charges may be collected from the buyer by the carrier or local authority. BOLENTAI does not present a guessed tax rate for countries where the final amount depends on import classification or local rules.

Ink cartridge shipping

A complete printer set includes one standard cartridge, so an extra cartridge is not required for normal first use. Separately requested cartridges may require a different carrier or parcel; checkout sends these orders for confirmation when needed.
