Choose a printer and enter your email and full delivery address. Guest checkout is available; an account is optional. For a standard order with configured shipping and tax rules, checkout calculates the total and opens PayPal Checkout immediately. Optional spare cartridges or accessories and destinations requiring a quote are saved for manual confirmation before payment. PayPal controls eligible card options. If payment cannot open, the saved order receipt provides a retry.
Request a return within 15 calendar days after documented delivery. Contact BOLENTAI for review and return instructions before shipping anything back. Opened or used ink is excluded from ordinary change-of-mind returns unless defective. Return-shipping responsibility depends on the reason and defect review. Full return policy.

Which ink and material should I use?
Ink suitability depends on the actual surface, coating, ink SKU and operating conditions. A material name or demonstration image does not establish adhesion, drying time, water resistance, rub resistance or food-contact safety. Confirm the exact application when these properties matter.
Is sample testing required for a retail order?
No. Retail orders can use the existing website checkout. Use /sample-test/ for complex material or integration evaluation and /distributor/ for dealer, OEM or wholesale discussions.
Can I return the printer?
Request a return within 15 calendar days after documented delivery. Contact BOLENTAI for review and return instructions before shipping anything back.
