Choose a printer and enter your email and full delivery address. Guest checkout is available; an account is optional. For a standard order with configured shipping and tax rules, checkout calculates the total and opens PayPal Checkout immediately. Optional spare cartridges or accessories and destinations requiring a quote are saved for manual confirmation before payment. PayPal controls eligible card options. If payment cannot open, the saved order receipt provides a retry.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order creates a purchase request. An order is accepted after payment is completed and BOLENTAI confirms that the product, destination, and requested options can be supplied. We may contact you if inventory, destination restrictions, remote-area delivery, ink, or optional accessories require clarification.
Products and complete sets
Unless a listing says otherwise, a printer price is for one complete set containing the machine, one standard ink cartridge, and the necessary accessories for normal operation. Extra cartridges and optional accessories are separate items. Product photos are illustrative; minor packaging or non-functional appearance differences may occur.
Prices, payment, and fraud review
Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed on PayPal-hosted pages and may include eligible card options offered by PayPal. BOLENTAI does not collect or store full card numbers. A payment may be held for manual review if the paid amount, currency, payer information, inventory, or transaction reference does not match the order.
Shipping, duties, and taxes
The checkout displays the shipping rule and tax treatment available for the selected destination. Remote-area surcharges and special parcels may need confirmation. Unless checkout expressly states that tax is included, the buyer is responsible for import duties, VAT or GST, customs handling charges, and other destination fees. See the Shipping Policy.
Application suitability
Print performance depends on the material, surface treatment, ink type, print distance, production speed, and environment. Buyers should provide material and print requirements before ordering when suitability is uncertain. General examples on the website are not a guarantee that every ink will adhere to every surface.
Returns, warranty, and support
A return request must be made within 15 calendar days after documented delivery and is handled under the Return & Refund Policy. BOLENTAI printers include a 12-month limited warranty beginning on the documented delivery date, subject to the Warranty Policy. Do not return goods without receiving return instructions from BOLENTAI.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for providing accurate contact, delivery, and customs information. Contact BOLENTAI promptly if you believe your account or order was used without authorization.
Liability and changes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BOLENTAI is not responsible for indirect losses, production interruption, incorrect customer content, unsuitable unconfirmed materials, carrier delay, customs delay, or misuse of the product. These terms may be updated for future orders; the version displayed when an order is submitted applies to that order.
