Choose a printer and enter your email and full delivery address. Guest checkout is available; an account is optional. For a standard order with configured shipping and tax rules, checkout calculates the total and opens PayPal Checkout immediately. Optional spare cartridges or accessories and destinations requiring a quote are saved for manual confirmation before payment. PayPal controls eligible card options. If payment cannot open, the saved order receipt provides a retry.
Before Shipment
If the order has not shipped, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation and refund handling depends on payment status, PayPal fees, custom preparation, and order processing progress.
15-Day Return Request Window
A return request must be submitted within 15 calendar days after delivery. Do not send a parcel before BOLENTAI provides return instructions and confirms the return address. An unauthorized parcel may be refused or delayed.
Return Condition
The printer must be safely packed and returned with the included accessories, manuals, cables, and other supplied items. Products with impact damage, liquid damage, unauthorized repair, missing parts, excessive use, or damage caused by unsuitable ink or operation may not qualify for a full refund.
Ink and Consumables
Opened or used ink cartridges and other consumables are not eligible for a normal change-of-mind return. A cartridge reported as defective will be reviewed separately using photos, print samples, batch information, and a short video where needed.
Application Suitability
Printing results depend on material, surface treatment, ink, distance, and production conditions. Material mismatch caused by an application that was not confirmed before purchase may not qualify as a product defect.
Return Shipping and Inspection
BOLENTAI will provide shipping instructions after approving a request. Responsibility for return shipping depends on the reason for return and the result of the defect review. Refund value is confirmed after the returned goods are received and inspected.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment channel. Processing time depends on PayPal, card issuer, bank, and local payment rules.
