How BOLENTAI shipping and secure payment work.

You can check out as a guest. A standard printer order with configured shipping and tax opens PayPal Checkout immediately; orders with optional extras or quote-only destination rules require manual confirmation before payment.

Standard orders and manual confirmation

Choose a printer and enter your email and full delivery address. Guest checkout is available; an account is optional. For a standard order with configured shipping and tax rules, checkout calculates the total and opens PayPal Checkout immediately. Optional spare cartridges or accessories and destinations requiring a quote are saved for manual confirmation before payment. PayPal controls eligible card options. If payment cannot open, the saved order receipt provides a retry.

Remote-area adjustments may require support confirmation. Do not assume that checkout can automatically detect every remote address. Product pages list the current configured country rules; checkout calculates the final shipping and estimated tax for the actual order.

What the set price covers

The current USD catalog price includes the printer, one standard cartridge and necessary accessories. Confirm the exact packing checklist and compatible ink before ordering optional spares. Shipping rules depend on destination and subtotal; a general “free shipping” message is not a promise for every destination.

PayPal and payment recovery

PayPal decides whether card payment is offered for a buyer and region. BOLENTAI does not collect card numbers. A saved order is not proof of payment: payment is recorded only after provider capture or a verified webhook. If the approval page cannot open, use the saved confirmation/receipt page to retry or contact support with the order number.

Guest and account access

Guest customers keep order access through a signed checkout cookie in the same browser. Save the order number before changing browsers or clearing cookies. Registered customers can view orders and invoices in their account. Account registration is optional for retail checkout.

Transit, import charges and returns

Configured transit estimates are in business days. Handling time and customs delays are not guaranteed by that estimate. Import duties and local taxes follow the destination rule shown at checkout; rates described as estimated VAT remain estimates. Request a return within 15 calendar days after documented delivery. Contact BOLENTAI for review and return instructions before shipping anything back. Opened or used ink is excluded from ordinary change-of-mind returns unless defective. Return-shipping responsibility depends on the reason and defect review.
