This policy explains how Guangzhou Chenguang Electronic Science & Technology Co., Ltd. handles information in BOLENTAI mobile applications and related services.

Our Bluetooth printing applications may process information needed to provide printing functions, including Bluetooth device names, printer connection status, print settings, files or content selected by the user for printing, and support contact information when the user contacts us.
2. Bluetooth and Location Permissions
Bluetooth permissions are used to discover, connect to, and communicate with nearby Bluetooth printers. On some Android versions, the system may require location-related permission for Bluetooth scanning compatibility. We do not use this permission to track users.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to provide printing features, maintain app functionality, respond to support requests, improve product reliability, and comply with applicable legal and platform requirements.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only when necessary to provide the service, comply with law, protect users and our services, or with the user's consent.
