如何申请删除账号

如果您需要删除 ZR-PRINT 账号及相关数据，请通过以下邮箱联系我们： rongzihao@bolentai.cn。

请在邮件标题中注明“申请删除 ZR-PRINT 账号”，并在邮件正文中提供您的注册手机号。我们会在收到申请后核实账号归属，并在合理时间内处理删除请求。

会删除哪些数据

经核实后，我们将删除或匿名化您的账号信息、注册手机号、用户资料以及与账号相关的用户数据。

可能保留的数据

如法律法规、争议处理、安全审计或合规要求需要，我们可能会在必要期限内保留部分记录。保留期结束后，相关数据将被删除或匿名化。

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your ZR-PRINT account and related data, please contact us at rongzihao@bolentai.cn.

Please use the email subject "Delete my ZR-PRINT account" and include the phone number registered with your account. We will verify account ownership and process the request within a reasonable period of time.

Data We Delete

After verification, we will delete or anonymize your account information, registered phone number, user profile, and user data associated with the account.

Data We May Retain

We may retain limited records where required by law, dispute resolution, security auditing, or compliance obligations. After the required retention period ends, the retained data will be deleted or anonymized.
